Model Two is a panelized home — not a modular home. Panelized means the structural components (walls, floors, roof) are factory-built as flat panels and assembled on your site. A modular home consists of three-dimensional room-sized boxes stacked together. Lumee uses panelized cold-formed steel construction, which conforms to local building codes where the home is placed.
